Because We Can!

_ The New Orleans PoBoy Shop, while essentially a sandwich restaurant, is, when you dig in, much, much more. The Chefs are great po boy and gumbo fans, who truly love to eat and play with food! Coming up with dishes that you may have found in their formal restaurant careers is not a tap with an off valve. They will continue to come up with and prepare more upscale offerings, while keeping it all inside the po boy shop price range. Patrons can look forward to offerings such as rabbit rillettes salad, foie gras on French toast, and our homemade cured smoked pork belly sandwich (yes, it is a BLT, but way better!). The Because We Can Board will be prominently displayed inside the restaurant, and will be announced via Facebook and Twitter daily.
